While I appreciate the manager's sense of humor... that is just wrong to do to someone. I Googled the girl's name on the internet, and it turns out that Hooters actually settled out of court for an undisclosed sum of money on this.
I didn't quite make ten minutes, but you should really put a "not safe for work" warning on these things. The receptionist gave me a really weird look when she came to give me paperwork and I'm sitting here chuckling to myself. They think I'm crazy enough as is.
